Householding

The TotalView™ CRM program can give you access to detailed information on your relationships with customers by household:

  • *A “Customer Accounts per Household” report shows how many accounts are owned by people living at the same address.
  • *A summary report shows the average accounts per household, total accounts and total households.
  • *A detailed report on each address shows who owns which account, account balances and average account balances.

In addition to those reports, individual customers’ account information screens provide a link to information about the rest of the household.

This ability to quickly get information on each household helps you see how well you’re meeting customers’ needs, and it helps you identify opportunities for providing additional products and services.
