We can help you meet that challenge. Whether an employee makes a referral or closes a sale, the TotalView™ program can award incentive points for success automatically. The system assigns a value to each action and tracks the incentive through to reward — whether that means cash or time off, for example. The integrated Auto-Incent Calculator even allows you to establish incentives as a percentage of revenue from product sales. That way, you can be confident you’re managing incentives and payroll liabilities as effectively as possible. Incentive amounts are based on whether the product sold is interest-bearing or fee-based, and how the incentive should be split between the person making the referral and the person closing the sale.
