Bill may be our Chief Operating Officer, but he’s a systems engineer at heart! During his early years with BVS, Bill was involved in helping the company evolve from video-based to computer-based training. “Technology has changed the way that people learn. It’s constantly changing their expectations. That’s why BVS constantly looks for ways to improve products—and that’s the exciting thing for me. I get to work with our teams to stay ahead of the trends and keep our products fresh.”
