Automated referrals

TotalView™ MRM automates the way your people make and manage referrals, which are tracked by type of member or prospect - commercial, retail or professional - and indicate members’ and prospects’ financial needs and interests.

Using a simple online form, a staff member selects most of the information needed from customized lists that show:

  • *Product or service category (loans, share drafts and so on)
  • *Product or service of interest (mortgage, HELOC, basic share drafts and others you offer in each category)
  • *Who should get the referral
  • *Sale amount
  • *Money source (new, old or some combination)
  • *Estimated chance of closing (a percentage)

After picking the desired contact date and estimated closing date from an easy-to-use calendar, and adding notes as necessary, the employee submits a referral and can also notify the recipient by E-mail. The referral automatically appears on the recipient’s electronic “To-Do List,” scheduled for follow-up action. The TotalView™ program can even interface with your internal scheduling programs, such as the Microsoft Outlook calendar.
