Automatic promotion reminders

The TotalView™ Message Board feature can be used to present various messages to employees when they view sales and referral screens. Your custom messages might remind employees about special promotions or possible cross-selling opportunities, for example.

Messages can be general reminders and announcements, or you can set up customized marketing, sales and service messages that are based on member type or other parameters you define. Messages can be created for each type of member in either of two styles:

  • *General messages that are seen when the member’s record is opened in TotalView™.
  • *Messages that are unique to members based on their profitability ratings.

Each message is displayed between start and end dates that you specify, and you can change them as frequently as your marketing and information needs require.
