Member profitability management

Knowing which members are most profitable may be critical to keeping them. To help employees easily identify who rates an extra measure of quality service, TotalView™ lets you rate members according to profitability, account balances, types of accounts, or other parameters you define.

Once you establish the ratings system, employees who access member records when providing service will be able to see at a glance who is, for example:

  • *A Platinum member
  • *A Gold member
  • *A Silver member
  • *A Bronze member

Just as you decide what type of business you want or need most, you decide what to call the various ratings to reflect your own way of doing business.
